Some of the BEEP base data has not arrived at the BEEP server since 1 December, around 8:00 a.m. due to an issue at The Things Network (TTN). TTN has been migrating from v2 to v3, and if you have not done so yet, the BEEP bases cease to make a connection to TTN.


Reason for loss of connection: TTN gateway not migrated to v3

Short term solution: connect to the BEEP base with Bluetooth and reset the LoRa stack

Long term solution: migrate your gateway to TTN v3
