If your BEEP base turns of or beeps automatically it can be that the tilt sensor is not working properly. The tilt sensor allows you to turn the BEEP base off by changing its position. If the tilt sensor does not work correctly, it can turn the BEEP base on or off at random.
To solve this, you can turn off this sensor in the iOS or Android app.
- For Android, you first update the firmware of the BEEP base after which you can switch on/off tilt sensor.
- For iOS, you can turn off the tilt sensor in the main menu of the app:
- Select the BEEP base you want to configure in the main menu
- Click 'Tilt'
- Turn off the tilt sensor with the slide
