With firmware version 1.5.9, you can download the BEEP base data with the BEEP base app (Android/iOS). When you download the data, all saved BEEP base data will be uploaded to the BEEP data portal and deleted from the BEEP base.

Can I access the data in the BEEP data portal?

Not at the moment. The BEEP data needs to be matched to the existing data points in your BEEP account. We are now working on the algorithm to do this. So, when you download your data, it will be saved on the portal but is not yet available for you in the graphs in the BEEP app.

We will update all BEEP users when the algorithm is completed.

What should I do to make sure my data can be matched?

Update the firmware on your BEEP base to add a time stamp to your data. In this way, the data can more easily be matched with the existing data points that were sent through LoRa.

How can I receive the data in my BEEP app in the meantime?

You can make a connection with the LoRa network to receive the data. For more information, click here.
