If your BEEP base is running firmware version 1.5.9 or higher, you can read out the measurement data that is logged offline in the onboard memory by using the BEEP base app on your Android/iOS phone. Doing this will download the logged data via bluetooth and upload it to the BEEP database using your phone's internet connection. Once uploaded, the log data can be merged with your data points in the BEEP web-app to supplement your existing measurements.
How do I download the data with the BEEP base app?
Open the BEEP base app, log in, and establish a Bluetooth connection with your base. Once connected to the base, click the 'Download' button in the main menu. If the 'Download' button is not listed in the main menu, please first update your firmware to a more recent version (1.5.9 or higher).

How do I add the retrieved log data to my measurements in the web-app?
After retrieving the log data with the BEEP base app, log in to the BEEP web-app and click on "Import Log Data" in the main menu to view your log files.
To merge the log data with your measurements, the data points need to be aligned; however, this is not always possible due to inaccuracies of the internal clock of the BEEP base.
If the clock has drifted too much, you will not be able to import the entire log file. however, it might instead be possible to import certain subsections (blocks) from the log file.
Click on "Check Log Data" to process the log file, calculating which data blocks of the file can be merged. Once this calculation is done, the page will display an overview of all blocks in the file, color-coded to show whether they are importable or not.
Red blocks: timestamp matches were found. The block contains a large number of data points that are not yet in the BEEP database. Try importing this block.
Green blocks: timestamp matches were found. The block contains only a few data points that are not yet in the database, or the block has already been imported.
Grey blocks: no timestamp matches were found in this block.
For red or green blocks, you can click on "View Data" for a side-by-side view of the log file data points and the data points in the BEEP database. This view allows you to check whether the log file data point match the existing data points before you actually import the data block.
How can I import when no matches are found in the data block?
You can try adjusting the time-range to view shorter sections of the data block: if a longer section of the block cannot be imported, it's often possible to import a short section of the block instead.

Additionally, adjust the "Number of identical matches" slider in the top-right corner to set the stringency of the matching algorithm: a lower number of identical values per match may result in more matches per block of data points. Make sure to view the data block at shorter timescales to check for importable data by setting the time-range slider to "days" or "months" and manually stepping through the block.
