Base not assigned to account

Hi all, Just tried to install 3 bases. The first 2 went easy, just followed the steps and they work fine. However n°3 decoder to not behave and I'm getting the message "beep base not assigned to account". Any ideas on how to solve? Thx in advance. Wim

For anyone who has trouble registering their v3.3 beep base: send a message to support@beep.nl with the details of your registration (please include the beep base ID and the error message(s)). If we cannot work out a quick solution, we will send you a replacement beep base/PCB.
